Im trying to find one that is totally free, no “upgrades”, or “free trials only” sites. I cant tell you how may times I have signed up and it told me after doing it all that I had to pay.

Dating Cafe is and will remain free. The only thing you need to pay is, IF YOU WANT, to upload your video file; however, you don’t need to, since you can easily upload on youtube and embed the movie in your blog, forum etc.
